Crafts at the Meadery (07/18/25)

BL3RD LINES hosted its first craft event this past July. at Arktos Meadery. Together, we learned how to do Decoupage with napkins and glass jars. If you want to see more about it, check out my Facebook page.

What is decoupage?
"Decoupage is the art of decorating an object by gluing paper cutouts onto it, often with multiple layers of varnish to create a seamless, painted look."

What is mead?
"Mead, also known as honey wine, is an alcoholic beverage made by fermenting honey with water, and sometimes with added ingredients like fruits, spices, or grains. It's one of the oldest known alcoholic drinks, with origins potentially dating back to prehistoric times." (Arktos also has a few non-alcoholic options)
